These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Shock Elite Academy Corp website and services. By accessing our website or registering for any program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. ABOUT US
Shock Elite Academy Corp is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in Florida. EIN: 33-1373089. We operate youth flag football programs and training services for athletes ages 5 through 14 in Miami, Florida.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Our programs are open to youth athletes between the ages of 5 and 14. All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. By registering a minor for any Shock Elite program, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and have the authority to consent on their behalf.
3. PROGRAM REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
All program registrations are subject to availability. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan.
Payments are processed through Wix Payments, PayPal, and Klarna. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
Shock Elite Academy Corp reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, facility availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT
All athletes, parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, officials, other athletes, and families at all times.
Shock Elite Academy Corp reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator from our programs without refund for conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to our athletes or community.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
By registering for a Shock Elite Academy Corp program, you grant Shock Elite Academy Corp permission to photograph and record your child during practices, games, clinics, and events, and to use those images and recordings for promotional purposes including but not limited to our website, social media, and fundraising materials.
If you do not consent to your child being photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at lamarjacksonrep@gmail.com prior to your child's first session.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Shock Elite Academy Corp and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Shock Elite Academy Corp does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Shock Elite Academy Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
