Because our programs serve youth athletes ages 5 through 14, we may collect the name, age, and medical information of minor participants as provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13. All registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Payment information processed through Wix Payments and third-party processors including PayPal and Klarna. We do not store your full credit card number. Payment processing is governed by the privacy policies of Wix, PayPal, and Klarna respectively.
Donation information processed through Cornerstone (give.cornerstone.cc). Donations made through our Cornerstone page are governed by Cornerstone's privacy policy.
Website usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Shock Elite Academy Corp complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All program registrations for minor athletes must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older.

4. FLORIDA PRIVACY RIGHTS
