REFUND POLICY

1. TEAM REGISTRATION
All team registration fees are non-refundable once the season has begun.
Cancellations requested more than 14 days before the season start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations requested between 7 and 14 days before the season start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations requested fewer than 7 days before the season start date are non-refundable.
If Shock Elite Academy Corp cancels a season due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, facility closure, or insufficient enrollment, registered families will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future season at their election.
2. CONDITIONING PACKAGES
Monthly conditioning package payments are non-refundable once the month has begun.
If you wish to cancel a monthly conditioning package, you must notify us in writing at lamarjacksonrep@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
If Shock Elite Academy Corp cancels a conditioning session due to weather or other circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at no additional charge.
3. 1-ON-1 TRAINING SESSIONS
Individual sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled at no charge.
Individual sessions cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
4. CLINICS
Clinic registrations cancelled more than 7 days before the clinic date will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Clinic registrations cancelled fewer than 7 days before the clinic date are non-refundable.
5. DONATIONS
All donations to Shock Elite Academy Corp are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 48 hours at lamarjacksonrep@gmail.com and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
6. PAYMENT PLAN CANCELLATIONS
If you are on a payment plan through PayPal Pay Later or Klarna, cancellation of your participation in a Shock Elite program does not cancel your payment plan obligation. You remain responsible for completing your payment plan according to the terms agreed to with the payment processor at the time of purchase.

Please include your full name, the program you registered for, the date of registration, and the reason for your request. Refunds approved will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
