What We Do Differently
While most programs wait for athletes to come to them, we go to them. Our dedicated coaching staff drive hours before sunrise, set up the field, and show up every single time. Because we know that for some of these kids, consistency from an adult is the rarest thing in their world. Flag football is our vehicle. Development is our destination.

Who We Serve
Shock Elite was built for the kids who get overlooked. Inner-city youth from all backgrounds, all skill levels, all stories. We don't cut players, we build them. On our field, every kid gets a fair shot at the game and at something bigger than the game.

Coach Jack
Born and raised in Miami, Jack knows exactly what it takes to make it out. A former standout wide receiver and punt returner at South Miami Senior High, he earned a scholarship to Saint Augustine University after a two-year career at Monroe College in New York. He came back home with a degree in Business Management, 8+ years of coaching experience, and one mission to build something for Miami's kids that nobody built for him.
As CEO and Head Coach of Shock Elite Academy, Lamar coaches the 6U and 8U programs, serves as Wide Receivers Coach at Miami Beach Senior High, and has personally trained over 200 athletes. He has led Shock Elite to three consecutive flag football championships.

Coach Quori
A four-year starter at Miami Beach Senior High and Freshman All-American at the collegiate level, Quori started as a true freshman free safety and led his team in tackles and interceptions. He played every position that mattered. Quarterback, running back, wide receiver, linebacker, cornerback, free safety and brought that versatility back to Miami as Shock Elite's Defensive Coordinator.
Quori, COO of Shock Elite, currently serves as Assistant Defensive Coordinator and DB Coach at Miami Beach Senior High while pursuing his Sports Agency certification at St. Thomas University. He coaches 6u 8u and 10u. Seven years of coaching experience. Three championships.
